Shipping & Returns

We currently provide shipping to all regions within the United States.

Orders are processed and shipped Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. After your order is placed, please allow 3-5 business days for handling and packing. Shipping times are estimates and may vary.

Candle Return Policy: 

Each of our candles is carefully crafted using 100% natural wax and poured into one-of-a-kind, handpicked vessels. We take pride in ensuring that every candle is unique and made with love. However, we understand that sometimes things may not go as planned, so here’s our return policy:

Eligibility for Refundable Returns:

  1. Damaged in Transit: If your candle arrives damaged, please notify us within 7 days of delivery. Since each vessel is unique, we cannot guarantee an identical replacement, but you may choose a full refund or a similar replacement based on availability. Be sure to include photos of the damage and packaging.
  2. Burn Issues: If your candle does not burn properly (e.g., tunneling, wick issues, or uneven burning), the vessel must be returned and we will offer a full refund. Please reach out within 7 days of use, with photos, so we can address the issue.
  3. Changed Your Mind?: If you simply changed your mind, that’s okay! The candle must be unused and unpackaged for a full refund. Since each vessel is uniquely packaged, this ensures the candle is safe for travel back to us. Please make sure the candle is in its original condition when returning. Returns of product boxes without product inside will not be accepted.

Non-Refundable Situations:

  • Used Candles: Candles that have been significantly used (more than 50%) are not eligible for return or refund.
  • Custom Orders: Custom candles or special orders are final sale unless damaged or defective upon arrival.
  • Sale Items: Candles purchased on sale are non-refundable.
  • Gift Cards are Non-Refundable

Return Process:

  1. Contact us via email within 7 days of receiving your candle.
  2. Provide details of the issue, along with photos if applicable.
  3. We will respond with instructions on how to proceed. Refunds or replacements will be processed once the returned item is received.

We do not currently offer exchanges. If you'd like to exchange a product for a different product, you'll need to process a return and place an order for the new product. 

Other Solutions:

  • As every candle is one of a kind, minor imperfections are part of their unique charm. If you're experiencing small issues, we’d be happy to provide burning tips to improve the performance without the need for a return.
