Indiana Glass Diamond Point Glass Dish Candle
This vintage Indiana Glass “Diamond Point” dish features a bold geometric pattern of raised diamond facets, a softly scalloped rim, and a low, wide silhouette that beautifully captures and refracts light. With its shallow profile and textured edge, it has a sculptural presence that feels both substantial and refined.
Produced by the Indiana Glass Company of Dunkirk, Indiana, the Diamond Point pattern became one of the brand’s most recognizable mid-to-late 20th century designs. Founded in 1907, Indiana Glass was known for producing elegant pressed glass that brought the look of cut crystal into everyday American homes. Pieces like this were commonly used as ashtrays, candy dishes, or catchalls — practical objects designed to sit at the center of coffee tables and sideboards, quietly sparkling in the light.
Now thoughtfully repurposed, this dish has been transformed into a multi-wick candle, giving new life to a once-functional tabletop staple while preserving its vintage character.
The vessel has been filled with 6.6 oz of all-natural soy wax and features four wicks for an even, radiant burn.
Dimensions:
Approximately 5.5" wide × 1.75" tall
Scent: Matcha & Bergamot
- Top Notes: Bergamot, Lemon, Orange
- Middle Notes: Green Tea, Black Tea, Sea Salt
- Base Notes: Sandalwood, Cream
The fragrance opens with bright citrus, softens into layered green and black tea with a subtle touch of sea salt, and settles into a smooth base of sandalwood and cream — fresh, grounded, and quietly sophisticated against the sparkle of the glass.
